63. On written request from the client, professional technologists must transmit, free of charge, to any person who transmitted the information referred to in section 61 to the professional technologist and to any person to whom the information has been communicated, as the case may be,
(1)  a copy of the corrected information;
(2)  an attestation that the information has been deleted; or
(3)  an attestation that the written comments have been filed in the record.
